The Flair Hotel zum Storchen is located in the heart of the ancient town. It is the oldest half timbered house in Franconia, built in 1296 and owned by the Götz family since 1736. The idyllic location of the Kurpark Flair Hotel Im Ilsetal is the ideal setting for your corporate or private event. In our meeting rooms we can accommodate up to 50 guests with a perfect place, the latest technology and a personalized, friendly service. In the 7 junior suites, 19 double and 6 single rooms, as well as our house offers all the characteristics of a 3,5-star hotel, especially comfort, tranquility and comfort, where you will feel right at home.

Our hotel is located on the sunny south hillside of Bad Kösen with a spectacular view on the Saale river valley. Enjoy our large breakfast and fresh cuisine in our conservative-restaurant or vineyard house for smaller groups. A short walk through our forest garden will lead you to the Saale river where you could go on a bicycle tour along the Saale Cycle Route. You may also go on a day trip to the cities Naumburg, Jena, Leipzig or Halle which are not far away from our hotel.
